Support tailored to you
Counselling
A calm, confidential space to explore what is happening for you, at a pace that feels right.
How counselling can help
Counselling can offer a supportive space to talk openly, understand difficult feelings and explore the experiences or patterns affecting your life.
As an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I recognise that every person's journey is unique, and I believe that therapy should reflect that. Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone.
If you're considering counselling and would like to find out more, I invite you to get in touch for an informal conversation. Together, we can explore how I may be able to support you.
Anxiety, stress or feeling overwhelmed

Ways of working
In Person
Working face-to-face provides a private, focused space where we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship. For many people, being physically present can provide a greater sense of connection and support when exploring difficult or sensitive issues.
Online via Zoom/WhatsApp or Telephone.
Online and telephone counselling offers convenient, flexible and accessible support wherever you are. It can make counselling easier to access if you have a busy schedule or have mobility difficulties.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Offers the chance to explore your thoughts and feelings while walking outdoors in a calm, natural environment. We'll walk side-by-side at a gentle pace, which many people find less intense and more relaxing, which can help the conversation unfold. If you would like to know more about Walk and Talk therapy, or you're curious about how it might work for you, you're welcome to get in touch with any questions or to arrange an initial session.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic approach that can help you process traumatic or distressing experiences and reduce their emotional impact. Using guided techniques, EMDR supports the brain in reprocessing difficult memories, helping you feel less overwhelmed and more able to move forward.
Starting therapy
Making first contact can feel like a significant step. If you would like to find out more about counselling and how it could support you, please get in touch for an informal, confidential conversation or arrange a free initial consultation with no commitment to continue.
